Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan

We are again in the month of nutrisyon,like the other years, the ISNHS are celebrating this event.They are conducting many activities like food fest, nutric jingle and many more.
Have a healthy lifestyle to protect us from viruses and diseases. Cigars, alcohol, drugs are deadly,dare not to taste eagerly. Avoid much expossure to technology for it may harm us tremendiosly.
Cleanliness is next to Godliness! Proper hand washing practice with soap, savor the body with enough sleep and rest and drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day. Take by heart the 3 basic food grops-Go,Grow and Glow, carbohydrates, protiens, vitamins and minerals but word of caution fats,oils,sweets use sparingly because too much of everything may harm the body.
Don't be concentrated on our problems. Just feel happy, enjoy ourselves with proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle and we should all know that our life is the greatest gift of God.
